Mt. Desolation ist das Nebenprojekt von Tim Rice-Oxley und Jesse Quin von Keane. Dafür haben sie sich gleich noch ein paar bekannte Freunde ins Boot geholt. Mit Mitgliedern von The Killers, Noah & The Whale, Mumford & Sons, The Staves und The Long Winters ist Mt. Desolation doch glatt sowas wie ne Super-Group.
